Hello! It’s Grace! A former vanlifer and a pastry chef that found her passion in chocolate. Following our grand 3-year vanlife adventure around the US, my husband and I launched a chocolate shop in 2024 and life has been one sweet adventure. I am an avid learner, always finding myself tinkering in something new! I am in my happiest when I'm creating something… anything! Ideas excite me!
About the blog…
The Sweet Savory Life blog is fun, chic, adventurous and happy! It is a blog celebrating life and the many flavors and experiences along the way! I share not just my baking recipes and tips but also our vanlife travels and other lifestyle contents. My audience are mostly women between the ages of 25 and 50 from many different countries including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Spain and Sweden among others.

I’ve worn many hats in my lifetime! A former instructor, US Army soldier, a pastry chef owning a pastry shop in California, vanlifer and now a chocolatier owning a chocolate shop in the beautiful island of Cebu!
What I like to do in my spare time…
I enjoy being outdoors to hike, snorkel, camp, and explore. And when I'm not exploring, I'm perfectly happy in finding a small corner to read an excellent book in. My husband and I enjoy watching movies, especially at the drive-in.
